Anyone tell me how far is this restaurant from the airport?

The airport is in Mark; the restaurant 'Le Chanel' is in the centre of town.
It is about a 15 minute taxi ride: €20.

That's it! the restaurant is open again since Saturday, September 15th!

It will be open daily from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm LT


and always with cheap landing fees!

the restaurant is open Meaning the restaurant at the airfield? Or "Le Chanel" in Marck - as I assume the original discussion is meant to read ? But, searching for the latter, I could only find Le Channel (http://www.restaurant-lechannel.com/) in the Calais port.

I can vouch for the restaurant at the airport, it is back in business and well worth a visit. I made a Youtube video of my visit last week which you can see HERE

Le Chanel, as others have said, is in Calais town. It's either an expensive taxi ride, or a relatively cheap 20 minute+ bus journey from the terminal. The Bistro de la Place, the local, walkable restaurant is in the village of Marck, about a 10 minute walk from the terminal. It is fantastic, but suffers from being closed at weekends.

For information Calais airport is open everyday (fuel: avgas and jet A1) except this Monday for jet a1 ( we change the jeta1 fuel station)
from 08.00am to 4:00pm Z.Time
