Question about Metar

What do those last numbers mean?

It's the Friction Coefficient. 71 = 0.71 76 = 0.76 67 = 0.67

Braking Action is good.

Any idea where I can find this information?

I have a braking action table but the codes are completely different - from 91 (poor) to 95 (good).
