Depends on your opinion.
My gran flew to Hong Kong or somewhere like that with Eygpt Air (??) and she said it is the best airline she has flown with and will fly with them at any other oppurtunity she got.
Once my parents flew with Thai Airways and they were pretty annoyed by the time they got home. Lots and lots of stuff ups and mixups and crappy service.
I think what it boils down to with airlines is what sorta service you get, sure the quality of the planes comes into it but to the average joe they are all pretty much the same.
