In all these new regulatinous, where does it now say where I can (or where I can't) undertake FIC instruction?

Moved away from the school where I worked and rumour has it that the regulations are somewhat more relaxed now.

Under the old system you had an individual approval that nominated a FTO. That was easily transferred to another FTO. Under EASA there is no individual approval other than a rating endorsement on the licence. The ATO is required to nominate its instructors and if you are conducting FIC, so long as you are qualified, it is then up to the ATO to include you in their approval.

Thanks, that's what I'd heard. But sorry to be a pain in the a**e, can you point me to where it says this in the rule book.
