Hello.
1-Why does the rate of climb decrease at top of haze layer and after that increase again?
2-What is the difference between WX mode and WX+T mode on WX radar panel?(As you may know,in WX+T mode,it shows the wet turbulence(turbulence caused by precipitation) which is the same as precipitation.so what is it's difference with WX mode which shows precipitation?)

Precipitation is not the same as turbulence. The turbulence mode works by detecting doppler shift in the radar return. It will detect severe turbulence regardless of the amount of rain and display it as magenta. It is only effective within 40nm on most radars.

If your radar has a WX+T setting, this should be your normal setting when using the radar.

Change in rate of climb is likely due to abrupt temperature change.
