Being new to PPRuNe, I apologise if this is placed in the incorrect thread.
I am an undergraduate student and am currently writing my final dissertation on crisis management strategy employed by BA after 9/11.
I am looking for accounts of pilots and/or anyone working within BA of their experiences of the strategy adopted to cope with the aftermath in the airline industry.
While I recognise that this may be one of the more tedious threads to read, I hope that someone may be able to help me with this and offer a different perspective to those I have received already. Or any perspective whatsoever :)
