thanks. I cant believe this actually happens!!
P2F is the most favourite unlisted qualification attached to JAR/EASA pilot license. It is valid mostly only in conjunction with 737 and A320 type ratings and is required by many companies.

Airline don't have to pay for:
Salary
Retirement
Pass
Uniform
Food and water
Holyday
Sick day
Loss of license
V.A.T.
Simulator
Etc, etc
