Whats happened to KLM uk?

I understand KLM UK pilots etc are now reporting to KLM mainline instead of UK. Are they in trouble or going to be (or have been) bought out.

Could it be part of thier management restructure that they have recently announced.

As of now, nothing has changed, although changes are on the horizon to enhance all KLMuk fleets.

I can't speak for the flight deck crews, but I know that the administrative staff at KLMuk are in the process of having their contracts handed over to KLM as part of the management restructure. I understand that most of those at Endeavour House, for example, will be officially working for KLM by the end of next month, albeit doing the same jobs on the same pay rates.

The future of the KLMuk brand itself is less clear.
