My first impulse was to post a slightly poisonous remark in reply to your question, asking if you had never heard of EU-OPS. On second thoughts, I saw your question makes perfect sense. Indeed, EU-OPS are currently being transformed into new rules. I found EASA publish comprehensive info on their flight standards site (https://www.easa.europa.eu/flightstandards/air_ops.html).
