I have heard Branson is very good at hearing out his employees concerns and issues. So do they consult you guys on fleet-planning decisions etc. Along the same lines is it true that Virgin will convert to an All-Airbus fleet soon.
Also are there any foreign pilots working at Virgin. I heard a rumor that they recruited two from Asia and two from the Carribean to make the pilot pool more "diverse." Any truth to this?
