Can't disagree with the title of this thread however, if there was the same video titled "Scary Air France Pilot" I couldn't disagree with that either.

That video is part of a very good documentary movie (think of Michael Moore in argentinian) called "Fuerza Aérea S.A" (translated: "Air Force Inc.") in which the author makes a very thorough and chilling report about the state of safety in argentina.

Here is the link to IMDB: Fuerza aérea sociedad anónima (2006) - IMDb (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0853112/)
And here the complete movie: Fuerza Aerea SA - YouTube
It's in spanish but if you can find a complete translated version do yourself a favor and watch it, it is well worth it.

By the way, the author/director Enrique Piñeyro is/was a former pilot on LAPA airlines and left the company amidst heavy criticism to their safety management. A few months later LAPA flight 3142 crashed.
His first movie "Whisky Romeo Zulu" focuses on this crash Whisky Romeo Zulu - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whisky_Romeo_Zulu)

That pilot in AF417 sounds very English to me.

I wonder what he says when everyone around him at CDG is speaking French!
