It has been announced that as of 1st October 2012 there will be a charge of £35 for the issue of an A/G / Offshore Radio operator certificate of Competence. This has previously been issued free of charge. Anyone considering taking the FISO / AGCS or OFFSHORE exams will be affected. :*:*
