Need an RT experts advice.
I seem to remember, that the requirement to call ATC entering the assigned holding is not required anymore according ICAO/CAP. Could anyone confirm and give me direction to the reference?
As far as I know FAA AIM still states the requirement to call ATC wit time and altitude over the holding fix.
