atc answer about requirement in skyguide ch

hello everybody,
im sara, im cabin crew from italy that whant to became an air traffic controller.i didn t apply jet but i will.
i would like to apply in skyguide and i would like to know some or more information about it.
english level request? french level request? german language is also request? how is the requirement day? how can i prepare myself to logical test? any other information are very welcome!!!
could some of you give those information to me?

are a Swiss citizen (essential for military training), have a C residence permit or are a citizen of the EU-25/EFTA states

are between 18 and 30 years of age at the start of training

very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of either French or German

think logically and possess multi-tasking skills

can take mental stress and can work in a team

have a high acceptance of responsibility and are very reliable
