Hi folks,

Can anyone give me a rough idea on how much it would cost to fill up the tank on a Cessna 150 in the UK?

Thanks

Look on here for the price www.TheHangar.co.uk - UK AVGAS Price Data (http://www.thehangar.co.uk/fuel/fuel.shtml) then dip the tanks / read the POH and see hiow many litres it needs.

And go flying as soon as you have filled it otherwise you will piss 20 quids worth over the ramp if the temprature is high

Standard 150 holds 99 litres (85 usable).

I would invest in a fuel vent kit from Mcfarlane to avoid the expensive spillage that Mad Jock describes, must have saved me thousands over the last few years and gives a greater endurance due to being able to brim it. :ok:

Looks like they do them for most of the Cessna range.

Think it cost around £60 for the 150 from F & H aircraft.
