Dublin information Xray at 1030 this morning (Wed 11 July) had some
unusual "Operational Info". What was it?

Another point: why can't they be bothered to update it more frequently than every hour?!

From my understanding its because the Metar is only issued hourly in normal
operations. If there is a runway or approach change the ATIS should be updated
as necessary.

Dublin METAR issued every 30 mins - on the hour and half hour

Was it the usual taxi hotspots/runway incursions warning? If so I agree it's almost in gibberish. I don't know why they have to use such a robotic voice, would it really be so hard to use a recorded, human voice like at most major airports?
