I am a Aeronautics Student Studying at Bristol (England) UWE Uni. I am trying to develop a wingtip Winglet configuration for the PA46T to improve dynamic (induced) drag performance, at both low and high AoA. Three questions:

1. What sort of Toe angle and rake angle should I be looking for, with a weight of 2199.9kg and wing loading of 117.5kg/m^2?

2. What affect does the Aspect ratio of the winglet have on it performance?

3. What type of aerofoil section is most commonly used for this type of winglet?

If anyone knows of a informative source for the implementation of such a project, or just know something you think may be of use I would be VERY grateful. Even if it patchy, I AM DESPARATE!
