EU-OPS FTL-Calulator

I am looking for a free download programm to calculate FTL according EU-OPS.

The programm should run on a laptop, not a iphone or a Android.....

Thanks for any hints in advance. Donation can be done.....

I can only recommend one for apple, as far as I'm aware they don't make a Windows version.
