Hello to you all:
I would like to know if its possible to convert my FAA G450 type rating onto my JAA (Spain) frozen atp license. I currently have 900 + hours on type.
Happy flying

Not 100% sure, but I believe that you can get a FAA rating on to your JAA certificate if you have 500 hrs on type and pass a new JAA skill test.

To the best of my knowledge you must do the skills type ride, plus the written exam.

BUT I also suspect that as your ATPL is frozen, and you only have a CPL, that you can not put a G450/G550 Type on a CPL.

Bigger and better mids will clarify....

Good luck.

Why shouldn't you be able to put a G450/550 on a CPL? We do it on our 737s, A320, A330 all the time.
