Hi there

someone can tell me why do you always have config 3 for landing in direct law?

I guess it is because it is a compromis between safe landing config and less pilot input for trimming. Why more workload if not needed? Especially because direct law comes with multiple (mostly more than 3) failures, so workload is generally high.
