Would anyone know the BA airbus noise abatement procedures out of EGLL please.

Noise abatement procedures are part of the published SIDs. Exactly how crews follow them are, I imagine, contained in their SOPs.

Take-off at maximum practical flex (i.e. minimum power to achieve the appropriate climb profile). Quieter and also minimises engine wear.

At 1000' AAL, reduce to "climb power". Fly SID or vectors as instructed. That's it - and the same for all BA fleets apart from certain profiles on the 747-400. All SOP.
