Ok, following up on other threads, it is clear I am going to have to convert my PPL(ME)/CIR from Australia into a JAA licence. The first step is a PPL.
I am keen on finding an experienced instructor out of Oxford/Turweston/Sywell/Cranfield who members on here can recommend to get me through the flight test. Been a while since I have done lengthy VFR nav etc and while I am sure I can get through the exams myself using books and distant memory, the flying is an area where I could do with some help.
Feel free to PM. Ultimately, I prefer instructors rather than schools as in my experience every school has good and bad staff.
