Hi all,
Does anyone have any insight or facts about the effect that TWA 800 had on the airline and its reputation? Did the revenue, pax numbers, etc drop significantly and how then did the airline recover from this? Did the accident spark them to change they way they operated?
What were the after effects of the accident.
Did TWA have an emergency or disaster plan in place at the time of the accident and was this a contributory factor to the reputation problem? Do you know what their plan involved or where I can find out about their emergency plan?
Any information would be of great interest to me. I would be extremely grateful if you could post any links that you may know of on this topic.
