EMB 170/190 pilot out of work

I have 2800 hours in the EMB170/175 and I completed recurrent training May of this year. The trouble is that my last flight on the real airplane was over 18 months ago. Does anyone out there have any ideas of how to get around this? Is there any know way to obtain time on a real EMB170?

i don't know much about the EMB type-rating... but isn't it possible to get some kind of conversion to 190/195?
Lufthansa Cityline is hiring for Frankfurt or Munchen base... Need to speak German though...
