Yes, they're a Dutch regional carrier and they operate in KLM colours.

That's about all I know of them.

Been Stansted to Maastricht with them in a noisy, bumpy EMB-120. Was sat by window and by engine and my drink wouldn´t stop moving across the table!

Good fun though!

The Dutch company is KLM-Exel, formerly Air Exel and NOT Excel with a "c". They operate ATR-42s and EMB-145s. Most, if not all by now, EMB-120s have gone. The airline is based at Maastricht but actually operates more scheduled flights from Eindhoven. DVR6K, if you want even more fun, the STN-MST run is now operated by the ATR-42.

I think you'll find Driftwood was asking about Excel with a 'c'. PakoSpain has pointed you to the correct website. They used to be Sabre and operated 727's and then 737's if I remember correctly, doing holiday charter flights.
