Any Belgian pilots out there who know how to convert Belgian CPL/multiIR into JAR licence and if we can keep the ATPL without 500 hrs multi-crew.
I am looking for info because even the Belgian administration fails to give a proper answer.

If you don't meet the requirements to convert your ATPL (via doing the ATPL ground exams and ATPL (multi-pilot) skill test) then you need to do the following:
Pass the ATPL written exams
Pass the CPL Skill Test (training hours to be decided by the Head of Training at an approved FTO)
Complete the IR course (50 hours in the case of someone with an ICAO CPL) and pass the IR test.
Meet the hours requirement for ATPL issue.
No way round it I'm afraid.
