Question for pilots working for a non-US airline...

How was your initial employment verification done / what information
were you required to provide for your new employer when you switched companies??
..For example, were the training records (from your previous airline) considered "confidential" info
or did you have to provide a copy of those for your new employer ..Anything else that you needed ???

..Just trying to get all the papers ready...Used to fly in the US many years ago, and am now in the process
of applying for a major operator..

Thank you for your help !!

In the UK and several other parts of the world a new employer is/was entitled to ask you/your current employer to produce your training records.
