I'm converting onto the 320 soon and wondered if there were any books in publication which give a breakdown of the systems etc.

Nothing too in depth just a look see as I'd like to know abit about the machine before I pitch up for the course

Have a look at http://www.avace.com they have an A320 survival guide.

Also http://www.impactink.com have A320 study guides, cockpit posters, and a book called "The A320 Personalised Instructor".

If you can your hands on the "A320 Flight Management System Pilot's Guide" from Honeywell.

General reading, http://www.airlifebooks.com "Airlifes Airliners 9: Airbus A320"

Good luck, they are fun to fly ... :)

Airbus themselves have pre course manuals giving a general overview, ask your company they may have them.
Good luck
You will adore the aeroplane.
