Waterford Institute of Technology Distance Learning degree

Hi all

Does anyone have any knowledge of the distance learning degree offered by PTC and the Waterford Institute of Technology? It would seem they offer a reduced course for those holding an ATPL.

Has anyone had any experience with this organisation? Is it a reputable qualification to obtain? The only other option for a distance learning Aviation degree that offers credit for an ATPL is Embry Riddle but that is rather expensive at about £15,000 compared to WIT at about £5000.

Help appreciated.

Only dealings I have had with PTC is of a money hungry nature. I'll wait till someone more experienced chimes in

It is not a good sign that nobody has anything to say about this organisation. I was a little put off by their banner that often flashes up on PPRUNE too.
