Is there a law which enables students to safegaurd their TYPERATING training when an european TRTO wants to cheat them??

Consumer Law is pretty reasonable in Europe. In which country do you have a problem and in which country did you agree to the the terms of contract?

swedish TRTO. They took the money in full advance, and now refuse to start the training.Everytime we send them an E-mail or call them then never give a straight answer and blame amongst themselves.Its been more than 4 months now....CAN ANYONE HELP US???????:ugh:
