Near to nothing...

Hi ya'll.. My sister is 9, she has two holes in her heart, one blocked artery, and 'had' Yellow Jaundice of the liver. she is behind on her education also. I took her in my plane once during a lesson for half hour to see how she got on. She complained of chest pains, but these were lated said by the hospital to be nerves. We would like her on a plane soon, so she gets to know what it is like, over to Paris, or Belgium. I am going to Canada this year for 5 weeks for my PPL, will answer any qusetions about that, but...could anyone offer any ways to get flights near to nothing for her, and even an offer?
