Suggest that you go have a look in the Medical & Health (http://www.pprune.org/cgibin/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&forum=Medical+|AMP|+Health&number=52&DaysPrune=5&LastLogin=) and in particular a thread running in there called Why don't long haul pilots die from DVT? (http://www.pprune.org/ubb/NonCGI/Forum52/HTML/000351.html)

Hope this helps.

Try and find something sensible to worry about.

what gets me is why everyones suddenly worried about this- you can get up in a flight and walk about if you want. Also, why don't people on bus journeys have the same problem? They can't get up at all!
