Specific infomation please on converting commercial pilot licences (FAA & CAA) to Bermuda and Cayman Island equivalents.
(Addresses, requirements, costs etc...)

to my knowledge, converting either of those two licences to a Cayman equivalent usually involves taking the local airlaw exam and perhaps a checkride, usually a SIM check similar to a type rating ride, with a CI-CAA rep on board, unless the training facility where it is being done has a designated examiner for CI-CAA licences/ratings.
however I'm not sure that this procedure is being uniformly applied, as i have only dealt with it from an airline position and not corporate aviation, which may be slightly different.
