Is the 15 hour ICAO IR concession (or some variable but similar concession, as proposed by EASA for the IR) available in this case?
If not, the only way to get the concession would be to do the IR alone (7 exams, 15hrs flying) and then do the CPL alone (9 exams, making 8 if one gets credit for HP&L possibly).
I am thinking of the simplest way for an FAA CPL/IR bizjet pilot to deal with the current EASA proposal, should it come about as published.
