FAA shutdown: PPL license based on JAR ATPL

I've applied for a FAA PPL validation based on my JAA PPL last month.

With the FAA shutdown (4000 people sitting at home), does anybody know if that will affect the license conversion process? I'm planning to use the FAA license on a flying holiday next NOV.
