Can anyone out there give or send (email) on how many places around do CRJ type endorsements, where they are and approx. cost details. I have been presented an opportunity that requires only an endorsement and would appreciate genuine replies only.

Have a look at Bombardier's web page (http://www.bombardier.ca)- they should have a listing there.

A longshot but perhaps British(Formerly Jersey) European Airways may be able to help.
They have recently started operating the CRJ themselves. I think groundschool is done in Canada but simulator is in Berlin.
Tel 0044-1392-366669 or Fax 0044-1392-366151. The web-site may give other contacts - www.british-european.co.uk. (http://www.british-european.co.uk.)

Best of luck !

Maersk Air in BHX operate the CRJ and were UK launch customer too.
Contacting the Bombardier website would probably be your best bet.

Couple of days ago I spoke with Flight Safety. They are offering all the aircraft type courses to individuals ( with certain restrictions ) starting January.
I'd give them a call.
Also I found out that their reputation for being very very very expensive is not alltogether true.
Their 727 Initial 22 day course price was 10250 USD where their competitor was offering same training but 14 days and for 9000 USD. www.flightsafety.com (http://www.flightsafety.com)
