why at the airbus for example,
at higher altimeter a speed limited get increased?

What speed indication are you asking about? TAS will increase.

A very simple explanation is:

The higher you go, the more your TAS will increase compared to your IAS. Eventually it will reach reach Mcrit for an IAS as low as the airplanes stall speed.

If you are talking speed limits, generally there is a restriction of 250 knots maximum, indicated airspeed, when operating below 10,000 feet. Some places may have different/no restrictions.
