There 's a question for those in the know.
Let's say we have an A/C registered in the UK without an AOC (can't get one for the type). If we want to lease the A/C (+Crew) to a company doing PT work in a different part of the world, where this A/C type is approved for it, can we do it and be legal? I know we could ask the CAA this question, but it is usually a good idea to know the ins and outs before adressing the issue. Thanks for sharing your experiences/thoughts/knowldege as it will be of great help.
