Am I allowed to fly past 60 in Turkey with a JAR license?

I am considering a position as PIC in Turkey on a Beechjet 400XP, currently typed in US under ATP FAA and wondering if there is a conversionary time period that might apply.

Under ICAO and JAR you are allowed to fly over the age of 60 in commercial ops provide there is a youngster in the crew.

The french being FFrench got upset, and tried to limit overflights of anyone over 60....mon dieu.

I operated a PRIVATE Gulfstream in to Istanbul, last month 5 times, and both crew were over 60..

But can not help re Turkish AOC (JAR) ops.

If you are not on a Turkish registered aircraft, I say YES, NO PROBLEM.
