According to NOTAM below non RNAV equipped aircrafts aren't allowed into OMDB and OMDW after 30th June 2011
also according to the Jeppesen airway manual , UAE ATC Pages, it mentions that RNAV1 Is required regardless of altitude in Dubai CTA

E) REF AIP UAE SECN AD OMDW 2.22.1
GEN EXEMPTION FOR NON RNAV 1 EQUIPPED ACFT EXTENDED UNTIL 30 JUN
2011. SUCH ACFT SHALL ADZ NON RNAV 1 COMPLIANCE TO OMDB ARR OR OMDW
GND ON INITIAL CTC.
Is this requirement still effective or the exemption has been extended ??
Would appreciate some help from the ladies and gentlmen at Dubai
