Sod's Law. Trying to get from Cyprus to the UK on the 29th. Looks like I'll have to keep my fingers crossed! Mind you it IS a national strike and ATC are having gaps during the day.

Great idea Greece:rolleyes:. Not only is your country holding the World's financial stability to ransom by not allowing measures to be passed to overcome your enormous debt burden and halt a default but you think it is a good idea to disrupt the already precarious position of Aviation.

No support from this Air Traffic Controller I am afraid.

I support my Greek brothers.
strike immediately for whole season.
also do not return any money to western bankers ,please.

It will have a few effects.
My planned holiday to Greece will be cheaper if you remain in strike until mid September. because there won't be bloody tourists arriving with planes and that will make more "space" and "price" affordability for us traveling by car.

and secondly , if you screwed western banks, it will rise interests rates for others intending to borrow money, and consequently it will reduce real estate prices further.

So my Greek brothers, do not accept anything. I need cheap holiday and cheaper real estates, as well.
