Who operates the tower, and is there an email address so i can contact them please? And also the direct email address of ATC tower at BHX. Any help is appreciated

Agree with ShyTorque - neither of the websites offered give any clue as to who operates the ATC unit, or how to make contact - they're both advertising portals for the airport itself & the AIP gives 'phone numbers, not e-mail addresses...

For the OP - it would be useful to know why? If it's a noise complaint, for example, the airport authority is more likely to be able to help than ATC.

EMA self provide ATC. I'm sure if you email any airport and ask for the email to be passed on to ATC it will get there.

I refer you to my previous reply, which gave you everything you needed.

However, EMA ATC is operated by MAG Airports and the EGBB details can be found via the UKAIP.
