Hopefully the team won't be so 'new', that they forget to pay everyone that's still owed money by the current outfit.

Basically the answer is yes to all.
ASTAC Gloucester is supposed to be now Gobal ATS, but Mr Google brings any enquiry up as ASTAC. However, the main thing is that they're still trading but under new owners.
Whatever one may think of any of the ATS providers in the UK, it's good that competition is there and the staff at Gloucester deserve a chance to prove themselves after all the crap they've endured (being paid one month out of three etc.) for the last few years.
ASTAC Shoreham is still in existence as the "International side", but appears to be treated as a completely seperate entity. How much longer it survives as such seems to depend entirely on it's success.
I wouldn't be at all suprised to see both businesses being relocated to one place and operated as a combined operation fairly soon.
