Help needed with Flitepro software

Help!

Installed Flitepro 6.2. It worked okay on my 233 MMX, 64MBRAM, Vodoo3 PC. However tried to run yeserday got the following error.

FLITEPRO caused an invalid page fault in
module CHARTVIEW.DLL at 0157:014091f4.

Uninstalled. Ran defrag and scandisk, reinistalled and had same error.

When I try to install directx6.1 get a setup error 14.

Can anyone help?

Have contacted Jeppessen tech. support, but no reply yet.

Check your e-mail. I have sent you a copy of e-mails between myself and Jepp.

I still haven't got mine to work yet!
Error 14 is no longer the issue, getting the USB pedals to work is though!

I've been waiting for a year for them to update the database. The updated version was promissed early Spring, Summer and I was told to watch their website for the update info.
You must be lucky if you got a reply from Jepp. I telephoned and faxed several times and was ignored until I posted a question on a newsgroup asking if anyone else knew the answers.
Wonder why they can't test the product, and use an up-to-date database before putting it on sale.
Still waiting.

Thanks to all those who mailed me. Fixed my problem by deleting the flitepro.ini file from c:\windows.
Jeppenen responded within 48hrs of my email by the way.
