Anyone know when or if Excell Airways are recruiting? I read a travel trade report that they are staring with 3 B737 800s out of Gatwick soon.

Sabre (soon to be renamed Excel) did some recruitment a couple of months ago.

Is this "KLM excel" ? Flying those blue aircraft?

The blue guys you're referring to static are called 'KLM Exel' (HQ in Maastricht Beek Airport), and as far as I know has nothing to do with Sabre/Excel Airways.
