PPL Conversion rates

Happy new year, and my appolgise to an un-named USAir pilot...My question is regarding my PPL next year, which i am undergoing in Victoria, BC Canada Next year for 5 weeks, i am doing all the exams and medical (class 2) in this country, UK, and anything i haven't covered, aswell as the Transport Canada written test out there as stated by the manager of victoria flying club...but i would like to know if anyone has any idea of conversion rates for the canadaian (A) PPL to be converted to the one used in the UK and europe (i believe)...Much obliged
