Geographical maps + navaids

Hi, a pilot showed me, some time ago, a book with geographical maps and waypoints-navaids superimposed, like an atlas including IFR navigation information, so that during an IFR flight one could know what cities, villages, rivers etc. he is overflying.
Does anyone know the name of such a book?
