I’m currently trying to get some information ***Cancel Jurno alarm bells, I’m clean*** what effect the JAA is having on Airlines.
I’m currently in the Groundschool Phase (Have been since January) and it’s pretty sh*ty here, but following a discussion with an MP, please see the link below for more detail.

I’m trying to find out the operational effect of JAA “Harmonization” what’s happened in the Airlines, have things improved or gone all wrong as with the Exam system.

What are the issues suspected by the airlines, do they feel there will be enough pilots, with the correct training to go online without hassle. After the CAA peeps run out?

The two basic JAA principles were to simplify and reduce the cost of Training, It hasn’t happened for the ones trying to get a license, is the grass any greener your side of the dole queue? or is there more red-tape than ever, all costing more?

Is the JAA Specifically Better than the CAA system, our your own National System?

Examples would be excellent, feel free to E-mail in confidence to [email protected]

Thanks for any help.
