Radio crib sheet

Hi - I am a relatively new PPL. I learnt to fly from White Waltham and now mainly spend most of my time doing aerobatics so my xcountry radio skills are not great. Tomorrow I am flying out of Son Bonet in Mallorca which will require me to speak to the tower. I can basically remember what I am meant to say but was wondering - is there a crib sheet out there with basic radio commands that you should say when taxying on a controlled airfield, in transit, joining an ILS, landing at a controlled airfield, MATZ penetration etc etc. Just so I can have a quick read through and remind myself!
