What are we going to do when we run out of fossile fuel combustion (gas) in 50 years (or less) from now?!?! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="confused.gif" /> Is there the technology to replace the jet engine?!?!? 50 years?!?!? AHHHHHHHH IT'S VERY SOON!!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" />

Who cares, I'll be retired or dead. Besides, nothing will be done until the USA decides its time to reduce its comsumption levels and it'll take at least 50 years for that to happen. Screw the world, I want a 5.0 litre Buick! In the meantime they'll just pour more cash into exploiting the more marginal fields which should last us a good few years more, it's just there'll be no more Alaska or Antarctica. The central asian republics will become extremely wealthy and the middle east will be broke and politically insignificant. Now theres a thought.
